Do you offer a free trial?
We prefer to do a guided demo first so we can show you the platform in the context of your specific operation. From there, we can discuss a trial period that makes sense.
Is client portal included?
Yes. Every IdealControl plan includes full client portal access — tracking, history, account management. It's not an add-on.
What about API access?
API access is included in all plans. We don't charge extra for integrations, webhooks, or partner connections.
